Hedley Towbars Covid-19

• Towbars can be fitted at our workshops in Durham or can be fitted at your home or place of work.
• Customers will be met at reception they will be asked to stay in their vehicle and after checks are to leave the keys in the vehicle.
• Payment will only be accepted at the time of booking by card.
• Please have the boot/car empty and clean so we can carry out our work with minimum contact in the car, where we have been in contact in/outside of the car will be cleaned down after the work is done.
• Please maintain 2 metres from all personnel.
• Our waiting room will not be available as required buy the government, you should return to collect your vehicle in 3 to 4 hours.
• Our opening times will be Mon-Fri 9AM-4PM
