Auxiliary air suspension makes it possible to adjust the suspension within certain limits (manually). On a leaf spring vehicle, an air spring is mounted between the chassis and the rear axle, which supports the vehicle's existing leaf spring. The VB-SemiAir is supplied as a two-chamber system.

This means that the air bellows are not connected to each other. By using a two-chamber system, the left and right suspension can be adjusted separately, allowing the vehicle to be leveled even to a limited extent when it is unevenly loaded.

 

VB-SEMIAIR COMFORT SYSTEM

The VB-SemiAir comfort system makes it possible to adjust the spring force (manually) within certain limits. On a vehicle with leaf springs, an air spring is mounted between the chassis and the rear axle. This air spring supports the existing leaf spring. The VB-SemiAir comfort system is therefore a suitable option for vehicles that are regularly heavily loaded and that regularly have to deal with a changing load.

The VB-SemiAir comfort system consists of a VB-SemiAir basic system including a control panel with two pressure gauges, two high/low switches and a powerful 'heavy-duty' compressor. With the high/low switches you can easily influence the ride height of your vehicle. You can easily inflate the air bellows, because the manometers accurately indicate the pressure (in bar) in the air bellows.

MOTORHOME CONTROL PANEL (DASHBOARD)

Depending on the make and model of vehicle, the VB-SemiAir comfort system can be supplied with a control panel for fitting in the dashboard. The control panel has two pressure gauges and two high/low switches.
